This includes third-party companies, such as Array and Plaid,or individuals employed by the Company to facilitate the Service, to provide the Service on behalf of the Company, to perform services related to the Service or to assist the Company in analyzing how the Service is used.
• Third-party Social Media Service refers to any website or any social network website through which a User can log in or create an account to use the Service.
• Usage Data refers to data collected automatically, either generated by the use of the Service or from the Service infrastructure itself (for example, the duration of a page visit).
• YpiQ refers to a virtual currency used exclusively within the Application to unlock additional features such as participation in challenges, premium options, personalized elements, and other functionalities. YpiQ does not constitute real currency, has no monetary value outside the Application, and cannot be exchanged for real money or assets.
• You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

2. Collection of Your Personal Data

2.1. Personal Data

While using Our Service, We may ask You to provide Us with certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify You. Personally, identifiable information may include, but is not limited to:

Data may be uploaded to the Company’s servers and/or servers of Service Providers, or it may remain stored locally on Your device.You may enable or disable access to this data at any time through Your device settings.

• To provide integrated services: We work with trusted partners, including Array and Plaid, to bring you advanced tools such as credit score checks and credit card data.
• To manage Your requests: To attend and manage Your requests to Us.
• For Corporate Transactions: We may use Your information to evaluate or carry out mergers, asset sales, restructuring, reorganization, or other transactions involving the sale or transfer of some or all of Our assets, in which Personal Data held by Us about Our Service users is among the transferred assets.
• To Provide Analytical Tools and Recommendations: Personal Data may be processed to provide analytical tools and recommendations, such as credit calculators, debt repayment planning tools, debt repayment strategies, financial tracking functions, and other financial tools and features. However, all features provided are for informational purposes only. The Company does not provide licensed financial advice, and no data provided through the Application should be considered professional financial advice. Users are solely responsible for making financial decisions based on the provided data.
• For other purposes: We may use Your information for other purposes, such as data analysis, identifying usage trends, determining the effectiveness of our promotional campaigns and to evaluate and improve our Service, products, services, marketing and your experience.

4. Disclosure, Transfer, and Sharing of Your Personal Data

4.1. Disclosure of Data

We may disclose Your Personal Data in the following cases:

• Law Enforcement: Your data may be disclosed when required by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities (e.g., courts or government agencies).

4.3. Sharing Data with Third Parties

We may share Your Personal Data with third parties, including:

• Service Providers: Data may be shared to monitor and analyze the use of the Service, communicate with You, and provide integrations with partners such as Array and Plaid. For example:

• Array: Users are redirected to the Array platform to input data, which is then used to enable Application functions.
• Plaid: Users provide their data directly to Plaid for secure financial account linkage. Service providers have their own Privacy Policies and Terms of Use that Users should review:

• Affiliates: We may share Your data with our Affiliates, provided that they adhere to this Privacy Policy. Affiliates include our parent company and any subsidiaries, joint ventures, or other entities under common control.
• Business Partners: We may share Your information with business partners to offer certain products, services, or promotional opportunities.
• Corporate Transfers: Your Personal Data may be transferred or shared during negotiations for a merger, sale of Company assets, financing, or acquisition of all or part of our business by another entity. We will notify You before Your Personal Data is transferred and becomes subject to a different Privacy Policy.
• Other users: when You share personal information or otherwise interact in the public areas with other users, such information may be viewed by all users and may be publicly distributed outside. If You interact with other users or register through a Third-Party Social Media Service, Your contacts on the Third-Party Social Media Service may see Your name, profile, pictures and description of Your activity. Similarly, other users will be able to view descriptions of Your activity, communicate with You and view Your profile.
• Your consent: We may disclose Your personal information for any other purpose with Your consent.

4.4. Processing Data for Virtual Currency (YpiQ)

When using the YpiQ virtual currency, the Company may process the following data:

• Transaction Information: Minimal necessary information, such as transaction ID, payment amount, and User identifier, is shared with payment systems (e.g., Apple Pay, Google Pay, or other platforms supported within the Application) solely for payment processing. These services have their own Privacy Policies and Terms of Use, which Users should review before completing a transaction.
• Financial Information: Sensitive financial details, such as credit card numbers, are not stored or processed by the Company. Such information is transmitted directly to payment operators via secure protocols. The Company is not responsible for issues arising from payment service failures and advises Users to contact the relevant payment service for resolution.

This data processing is conducted in compliance with applicable data protection laws, ensuring secure and lawful handling of payment-related information.

5. Retention of Your Personal Data

The Company will retain Your Personal Data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. We will retain and use Your Personal Data to the extent necessary to comply with our legal obligations (for example, if we are required to retain your data to comply with applicable laws), resolve disputes, and enforce our legal agreements and policies.

The Company will also retain Usage Data for internal analysis purposes. 7.  Security of Your Personal Data

8. Information from Third-Party Social Media Services

The Company allows You to create an account and log in to use the Service through the following Third-party Social Media Services:

• Apple ID

If You decide to register through or otherwise grant Us access to a Third-Party Social Media Service, We may collect Personal data that is already associated with Your Third-Party Social Media Service's account, such as Your name, Your email address, Your activities or Your contact list associated with that account.

You may also have the option of sharing additional information with the Company through Your Third-Party Social Media Service's account. 9.  Disclaimer of Liability for the Use of Provided Data

The Company does not guarantee any financial results or success in utilizing the analytical features and tools of the Application, such as debt repayment, budget planning, or credit score management, as these depend on the individual actions of the User. The User assumes full responsibility for making any financial decisions based on the provided data. The Company shall not be held liable for any actions taken by the User based on the provided analytics or recommendations. The Company further disclaims any liability for direct or indirect losses that may arise from the use of the provided data, analysis, or recommendations, including data supplied by third-party services such as Array and Plaid.

The Company is not responsible for errors in the operation of third-party payment services or disruptions in payment processing, nor for the actions of third parties processing payment data. In the event of payment-related issues, the User should directly contact the respective payment service provider.

10.  Privacy Policy: Protection of Minors' Privacy

Our Service is intended exclusively for users aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect or process personal data from individuals under the age of 18. Before accessing the Service, we require users to confirm their age. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old. If you are under 18, please do not use our Service or provide any personal data to us.

If you are a parent or guardian and become aware that your child under 18 has registered for our Service and provided us with personal data, please contact us. Upon verification, we will take the necessary steps to delete such information from our servers. We reserve the right to restrict access to the Service for users who fail to confirm their age or if the provided information does not meet our terms.

We may update Our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify You of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page. Any significant updates regarding our partnerships, including changes in how Array and Plaid handle your data, will be reflected in this Privacy Policy.

We will let You know via email and/or a prominent notice on Our Service, prior to the change becoming effective and update the "Last updated" date at the top of this Privacy Policy.

You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes. Changes to this Privacy Policy are effective when they are posted on this page.

13.  Translations and Language Versions

Our Service provides content and interfaces in multiple languages for user convenience. Translations are based on the original English text and are provided for informational purposes only. While we strive for accuracy in translations, discrepancies or inaccuracies may occur. The Company is not liable for any errors in translations or any consequences arising from their use.
